Consul General Akira Chiba Visits Fukui City

On 25 October 2018, Consul General Akira Chiba met with Mayor Shinichi Higashimura of Fukui City in Fukui Prefecture to discuss the 30th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Fukui and Fullerton, California.
