Booking an Appointment

This is not for visa window appointments. For visa applicants please click here for details.

In order to reduce the long waiting time and to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we are asking the visitors to come to the window by making appointments in advance.
Please note that we are not accepting walk-in visits at this time.
 

Monday – Friday (except holidays)
9:30am to 11:30am, 1:15pm to 4:15pm

For each service, please make the following appointments:

1. Japanese Passports 【Application】& 【Pick up】
2. Japanese Certificates　【Application】only
3. English Certificates 【Application】&【Pick up】
4. Registration for Overseas Voting 【Application】only  *Please contact our office if you need assistance with making an appointment
5. Residential Registration Form (Zairyutodoke) *This can be submitted online
6. Certificate to receive Japanese Pension

 *Japan Pension Service also accepts documents that have been notarized by a Notary Public. For details click here.

 

• Important notices:

*Please come and check in at the lobby counter 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be asked to show your ID and appointment number.
*We have a 30 minute grace period. Your appointment will automatically be cancelled if you are late for more than 30 minutes.
*Please take a numbered ticket once you enter the office. We will serve you by order.

*Confirmation email will be sent to you with your appointment number.
