Dogs, cats and other animals
(1) New quarantine regulations for dogs, cats, raccoons, foxes and skunks started from November 6, 2004. Please see the following for an overview of the new quarantine system for pets:

Note: The U.S.A. is not a designated region (rabies-free country or region).
(2) Certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian are required for the above procedure regarding dogs and cats. The certificates must then be endorsed by the United States Department of Agriculture Office of Veterinary Services. To arrange this USDA endorsement, please contact them at:
