Calligraphy by Isa Hirano
Observe Isa Hirano's Daiji-sho style dramatic calligraphy perfomance on December 7 presented by the Nibei Foundation's Japan Study Club. Hirano's artwork consists mostly of single Chinese characters drawn in ink on paper.

Frolicking Monkeys and Frogs!
Charming old school manga of frogs, monkeys, and other critters will be jumping at the exhibition. Artist Hirokazu Kosaka displays his work in two styles of sumi-e at JACCC from Dec. 9-23.
