Minister's Message on the JMSDF Visit to San Diego
Minister of Foreign Affairs Katsuya Okada
released a congratulatory message on the upcoming
visit of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force
Training Squadron's visit to San Diego. He
expressed hopes for the further deepening of the
U.S.-Japan relationship through continued
bilateral exchanges such as the 50th anniversary

An opinion poll of United States citizens on
their impressions of Japan was conducted by the
Gallup Organization. In this poll,
commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and conducted regularly since 1960, the 2010
positive results followed a trend similar to last
year's.  |
