Our second annual “Japanese Food & Sake Festival” was a success!

On March 5th, 2009, Japanese Food Culture Association and Japan America Society in Southern California hosted the second “Japanese Food & Sake Festival" at the Hyatt Regency Orange County Hotel in Anaheim. Consulate General of Japan, JETRO, JNTO, and the Japan Foundation joined together as “Cool Japan," serving premium-quality Wagyu beef and demonstrated a full tea ceremony presentation. With over 60 food and sake exhibitors, more than 1,600 attendees had the chance to explore and taste some of the finest Japanese food and sake. |
