The 2010 Japanese American Leadership Delegation met in Los Angeles on January 22 – 23 for an orientation sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and the Japan Foundation for Global Partnership, co-organized by the US-Japan Council.

On Jan. 24, prior to the opening of the VerdeXchange Green Marketmakers Conference, the Consulate hosted a reception at the official residence of Consul General. The participants previewed some exhibitions by Japanese companies and a trial drive on an electric vehicle.
